Avenues India — Transaction failed but amount got deducted | |
On oct 08th, i booked 3 tickets from chennai to bangkok and made a payment of 29, 463 through net banking (Citi bank) which redirected to ccavenue gateway, my amount got deducted but did not get booking confirmation from airasia.
