Avenues — Payment not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam I tried to book a bus ticket from redbus.in on 22/06/2015 and payment was Rs.1400. It was paid through net banking. But ticket was not booked and it has stuck up during the payment gateway. But the same amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Ref for payment is as below CCACF1DMP513IG0AFHETV9 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE But till now the rs. 1400 has not been credited in my a/c. Please look into the matter and refund the amount Rs. 1400/- to my bank account. My mail ID for any communication is [protected]@rediffmail.com. with regards
