Dear Sir, this is seema vyas from bikaner want to share a very bad experience with aviva life insurance company.i purchased a policy fro aviva life insurance that time i had no idea that i was not purached a policy, purchased a tension from company.after lots of problems i contact to your customer care and he/she advised to me some process you should follow than within ten days company resolve it.then i send all document which company want on 4 dec 2014.but after 4 days company called me and told me that you should go to a neartest branch with id proof then we make payment, but for your kind information there is on any branch in bikaner nearest branch is available in jodhpur .i m a widow lady working with bank and its not possible for me . do need ful asap. seema vyas [protected], [protected]
