This is to inform you regarding the mis-selling done to me by Aviva's representative, taking undue advantage of my trust and faith. (Ref - Pol No: TDW3054632).
But I feel extremely sorry to say that false information had been conveyed to me at the time of sale, which in turn has put my hard earned money at stake now. AVIVA'S representative's mistake and breach of trust are costing me very heavy here.
AVIVA'S agent informed me that this policy requires me to pay for 3 years, and the money can be withdrawn at the end of 3rd year with a return of at least 10% per annum for sure, may be even more.
I guess it is needless to say how one would feel when on the verge of losing his hard earned money, that too with some unavoidable commitments lurking over the head.
Last but not the least, I do not enjoy being taken for a ride like this. It was the trust in Aviva's brand name that made me invest with it, trusting their representative as the face of Aviva. But if any cold response will be reciprocated for my trust I surely cannot take it in the right spirit. And their agent's misdemeanor will only end up causing me to lose every bit of faith I had in Aviva.
As of now, my demand is very simple. I wish to have my compensation right away, and as per the terms promised Was this information helpful? | |
