[Resolved] Avnish Gupta — Poor service for new Broadband connection | |||
Dear Sir, I have apply new Reliance broadband connection on 3rd April'2015 & have made approx 50 to 60 phone call to for installation, 9th April'2015 they installed connection but at 18.00 hrs our connection was stop working. Again i make so many call for rectify the problem, still no person is taking follow up. still my connection is not started yet. Two times i went to Malviya Nagar office but not get proper answer, one of Broadband Manager at Reliance office suggest me to disconnect your connection & take full refund which you paid, now i have decided to disconnect my connection.last 15days they have waist my time made me very upset. i have paid Rs.1300/- Axis bank cheque no.021769 dated on 3rd April'15.
