Axcero Resource Management Pvt Ltd — Job fraud immigration company

Address:New Delhi, Delhi, 110065
Website:www.axceroindia.com

Axcero Resource Management Pvt Ltd is fraud company. they did my initial evaluation and told me that my scores are really high and i should apply with them immediately. They also gave me a report in which it was mentioned that my canadian experience will be counted .I paid 46000 rs. for canada application. When they created the online application my CRS score was too low (363). there is no way with this CRS score anybody can get canada PR.
When i asked Axcero Resource Management Pvt Ltd about low score they said its because my canadian experience can not be counted thats why there is low score. I then asked them to refund my money because i went ahead based on their recommendation and report that everything will be fine. The Client relationship manager has been going back and forth since last one month and now they told my money can not be returned because my score can not be increased. what a bizzare logic.

I have also told them that i will file complaint with consumer forum and i will go to police etc but they really dont care about this. So my advice is that stay away from Axcero Resource Management Pvt Ltd if you want to save your money. Axcero Resource Management Pvt Ltd is good for nothing fraud company.

Smriti Irani had claimed that she completed her BA in 1996.
NEW DELHI: The Delhi University today told a court in Delhi that the documents pertaining to Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani's BA course in 1996, as purportedly mentioned by her in an affidavit filed during 2004 Lok Sabha elections, are yet to be found.

The university's response came in pursuance to court's earlier order summoning documents from its School of Open Learning department on the allegation that in her affidavit for April 2004 polls, Ms Irani had claimed that she completed her BA in 1996.

"1996 documents related to her (Irani) BA are yet to be found, " Assistant Registrar of School of Open Learning, Delhi University (DU), OP Tanwar, told Metropolitan Magistrate Harvinder Singh.

Mr Tanwar also brought some documents related to Ms Irani's education, including admission form for B.Com (H) of 1993-94 and its result and further her enrollment cum admission form in BA (H) Political Science first year for 2013-14.

He said that Ms Irani's class 12th documents, submitted with the admission form of B.Com (H) course were yet to be found.

He, however, added that "verification must have been done before the admission."

The court also asked SDM of north Delhi to bring documents filed by Ms Irani with the affidavit for contesting 2004 polls from Chandni Chowk constituency in Delhi and fixed the matter for further hearing on June 6.

The court had earlier directed the Election Commission and DU to bring the documents related to educational qualification of Ms Irani on a complaint filed against her for allegedly giving false information in affidavits to the poll panel.

The court had on November 20 last year allowed the plea of the complainant Ahmer Khan, a freelance writer, seeking a direction to the officials of EC and DU to bring records of Ms Irani's educational qualification after he said he was unable to place them before the court.

During the hearing, Vandita Srivastava, SDM of Gauriganj in Amethi, filed original and certified copies of documents filed by Irani during Lok Sabha elections 2014 and said "as per record, no document for (Irani's) educational qualification was collected with nomination form".

You can now close your Public Provident Fund (PPF) account and withdraw the entire accumulated amount under certain circumstances, provided the account has completed five years. The new rule came into effect from April 1, 2016.

Earlier, one could withdraw the entire amount only at the time of maturity after the completion of 15 years. Premature closure of the account was possible only in case of death of the person.

Premature closure of PPF accounts shall now be permitted in cases such as serious ailment and higher education of children. However, the person withdrawing has to forgo 1 per cent of the interest earned on deposits as a penalty for premature closure.

The rule on partial withdrawals from PPF account has not been changed. Partial withdrawals from PPF account are allowed once a year from the seventh year. The maximum amount that one can withdraw is 50 per cent of the amount retained in the account at the end of fourth year preceding the year in which the amount is withdrawn or 50 per cent of the balance at the end of the immediate preceding year, whichever is lower.

PPF is one of the most popular small-saving schemes with investment o[censored]p to Rs 1.5 lakh eligible for tax deduction. Interest earned on it is also tax-free.
New Delhi: A day before nationwide protest by trade unions against lowering of EPF interest rate, Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya on Thursday said that he will discuss the issue with Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.

Trade Unions will go on a day long protest on Friday to oppose the Finance Ministry decision to ratify 8.7 per cent.

EPF interest rate for 2015-16, which is lower than 8.8 per cent decided by the retirement fund body EPFO.

"My ministry is examining and shortly we are going to have a sitting with the Finance Minister. Then we will have a dialogue and see that what solution can come out, " Dattatreya told reporters at an industry event.

The minister further said: "Now in this situation, I asked my Central Provident Fund Commissioner to get all the reports. Last year we have given 8.75 per cent. So as chairman of the CBT taking a consensus view CBT has taken a decision of giving 8.8 per cent. It has been forwarded to Finance Ministry."

Asked why was finance ministry not considering labour ministry's opinion, he said: "finance is an advisory one. It will ultimately be the government of India. My ministry and I as Central Board of Trustees Chairman are also part of the government...will sit together and see that the problem will be solved."

On alleged interference of Finance Ministry in working of the EPFO, he said: "No no, ultimately it is (just) advice of the Finance Ministry... Finance Ministry is not entangled in this issue. The thing is that they are advising because interest rates are coming down."

When asked what is his opinion on the issue, "the CBT and as its head, CBT has given its opinion".

However, the central trade unions are going ahead with their protest tomorrow against the Finance Ministry's EPF interest rate ratification at 8.7 per cent.

"This is for information that the Delhi Units of Central Trade Unions i.e. AITUC, INTUC, HMS, CITU, AIUTUC, SEWA, AICCTU, UTUC, LPF and MEC have decided to organise jointly a protest Dharna on April 29, 2016 against the Finance Minister for reducing in EPF interest rate ignoring unanimous decision of tripartite CBT, " said a press release by All India Trade Union Congress.

It further said, "This protest from all Central Trade Unions is to condemn such arrogant, anti-worker approach of the Central Government.

Cricket Association of Bengal to use pink ball in league final to bid for Day/Night Test

India are placed second in the ICC Test rankings in the latest annual update. (Source: AP)
Australia has opened up a six-point gap over India at the top of the MRF Tyres ICC Test Team Rankings following the annual update with the results from 2012-13 no longer included in the calculations and outcomes from the 2014 15 series weighted at 50 per cent.

According to a media release issued by ICC, India now leads third-placed Pakistan by just one point. Pakistan has benefitted from the annual update as defeat against South Africa by 3-0 in 2012-13 no longer counts, while the 2 0 loss to Sri Lanka in 2014-15 has its weighting reduced to 50 per cent.

The annual Test update has resulted in South Africa dropping from third position to sixth after conceding 17 points. This is due to South Africa’s victories over England, Australia, New Zealand and Pakistan in 2012-13 all being dropped from the rankings calculations.

The annual update has also affected the West Indies, which has retained its eight position but has dropped from 76 points to 65 points. This is because its victories over New Zealand, Bangladesh and Zimbabwe in 2012-13 have all been dropped from calculations.

The gap between the West Indies and ninth-ranked Bangladesh has been slashed from 29 points to just eight points.

With Sri Lanka and Pakistan visiting England this summer for three and four Tests respectively, Australia traveling to Sri Lanka in July for three Tests and South Africa hosting New Zealand in August for two Tests, the series outcomes may well result in significant movements on the MRF Tyres ICC Test Team Rankings.

Some of the key series results from 2012-13, which are no longer in calculation include: West Indies v New Zealand (WI won 2-0); England v South Africa (SA won 2-0); Sri Lanka v New Zealand (1-all draw); Australia v South Africa (SA won 1-0); India v England (Eng won 2-1); South Africa v Pakistan (SA won 3-0); India v Australia (Ind won 4-0); New Zealand v England (0-0 draw).

Some of the key series results from 2014-15, which are now reduced from 100 per cent to 50 per cent, include: England v Sri Lanka (SL won 1-0); West Indies v New Zealand (NZ won 2-1); England v India (Eng won 3-1); Sri Lanka v Pakistan (SL won 2-0); West Indies v Bangladesh (WI won 2-0); South Africa v West Indies (SA won 2-0);
Australia v India (Aus won 2-0); West Indies v England (1-all draw).
