Axis Bank — Credit card PIN

I received my credit cards Gobin chhetri and Laxmi Chhetri on 2 Dec 2014 but not received the PIN yet. I already tried thousands times in customer care to generate the PIN but I did not get the PIN this link automatically failed after few seconds, now this cards cards is useless Please do the needful, I will not call to anybody for the problem kindly send the PIN in my Office Address- PANTALOONS FASHION & RETAIL Ltd.
