[Resolved] Axis Bank — Credit card rejected 2 times.. worst marketing department | |||
I was offered a axis bank signature credit card (lifetime free - no annual/joining fee) 2-3 months back by the axis bank kalina branch. I submitted all the required documents as per requirement but there was no revert from axis bank and when i finally called after a month, I was being forced to accept a my zone/ my choice card instead which I refused. Now yesterday I got a call from the Vakola branch (Surendra) offering me the same things. After I submitted the documents again, today the verification department again told me I was not eligible for the card. Why can't these branches do these checks when I already inquired about the same beforehand? This has happened 2 times now and the marketing departments just seem concerned with the number of forms they fill per day rather than the customer satisfaction. I have a salary account from the past 2 years now and I'm very disappointed with Axis Bank due to this repeated mess. Kindly let me know what action I can take.
