Axis Bank — customer care executive non responsible | |||
I am rahul desai from rajkot. I have a axis bank credit card and i am new in axis bank so I have forgotten my password ans i have call to customer care with my register mobile number and i told to customer care executive I have done two attempts and now 3rd is last then my card will be block but that person said no sir try it again it wont block so i have done and my card is blocked now and now customer care executive not response and said it will be activate after 2 hours. i am suffering coz of this issue kindly take it serious and take any action .
