[Resolved] Axis Bank — Deducted amount from my salary account without any prior notice to me under the name of consolidated dp charges even though i have not activated it. | |||||
During initialization of my salary account i have given a application form for dmat account saying that it is absolutely free until activation of this account by the bank employee and i believed that statement and signed on that application form. But i never activated any dmat account and now on 21st may 2016 my salary account got deduced rs.744.25 with out any prior notice under the name of "consolidated dp charges". This absolute cheating the customer, i never expected this kind of behavior from reputed bank like axis bank. Please take necessary action against them so that they wont repeat to any other customer and make sure that my amount will be refunded back to my account.
