[Resolved]  Axis Bank — ECS Amount deduction issue

Everymonth 6000 rs gets deducted on 14th from my savings acoount for LIC policy. In the month of july, there was no sufficient balance so my account balance was running on negative, on 30th july after my account was credited with my salary around 27k, the LIC amount i.e around 6000k was deducted, however, it did not reach to LIC. And i got a confirmation from LIC that my july policy amount is still pending. I had to pay for my july's 6000k to LIC separately. I have no clue where did my 6000k went which was deducted in the month of JULY. Please help me out on this because it is not a very small amount to ignore and let it go like that. I have been contacting AXIS bank call service to get assistance from them but its is very sad to know that even they are not able to assist me and all they do is transferring my calls from one associate to another.
