Axis Bank — Fooling the customers aginst approval of credit card

I have applied for Axis bank credit card after several follow up's from axis bank credit card sales team and after listening to them that my credit card is already approved as am holding a salary account relation with them. Before applying for it, I took the suggestion of my husband who is bascially a financial person. He advised me to cross check with Axis bank team whether they will approve the card if my cibil score is "-1" as i dont hold any credit card or loans against my accounts. When i asked them the same question, they said "Yes" and also confirmed me that the card is been approved and they do need only a basic documents.I Submitted all the documents as requested by them. But after few days i received a message stating that my application towards credit card is rejected. we called to the customer care number where Mr. Ali, attended the call and said the rejection is due to cibil score. when we asked for his mail id, he denaid for it so we asked him to transfer the call to his manager where Mr. Santosh came into the picture here. He confirmed me that the information given my Mr. Ali is false information and he confirmed the rejection is due to "fraud History". I asked his to elobarate the terminology he used where he also failed in proving the exact informtion. We escalate the issue to Axis bank nodal team with a hope that i will get the exact reason from them and with a hope that my concerns will be resolved. I wrote a mail to them on 6th june, 2016 where Mr. Dhanoop Chandran came into the loop who claimed himself as a nodal officer and asked me for little time in resolving my issue but into vain. After several email followups with him, on 11th June, 2016 he blindly kept a mail to me that the rejection is done as per company policy. While i asked them for what is that policy right form the beginning.

1. why axis bank are cheating their customer by saying that their credit cards are been approved.?
2. why they are not providing an exact reason for the rejection even after several followup's and escalation to Nodal team.?
3. why there is no transparency interms of communication with in the team members while someone said the rejection is due to cibil score and other person said it is due to "fraud History". And why they are unable to elaborate it after my demand.

Hope that my issues will be resolved here. I can provide all the call recordings and email conversation which i had on further demand.

My application reference number is 6650298. Please give me a valid reason besides writing diplomatic statements like "As per company policy, norms, information given by you is wrong". Am expecting a proper and clear reply. Please understand that i got completely fed up with such a kind of stupid answers. I got same kinda stupid reply even after escalating the issue to Nodal office. Herewith attaching the mail for your reference. This its the very simplest form of escaping from the situation. your executive have given me a confirmation mail stating the same that the information which i provided doesn't match to company policy it seems. But i have provided the information which your representatives asked for. This means you AXIS bank people are inefficient in collecting information from customers from customers. what do you say???

you have taken nearly 5 days of time and simply escaped from the situation saying its confidential !! I want the exact reason not these kind of foolish answers.
herewith appending the below mail sent by your team confirming that my application has been rejected due to cibil score. I even had the voice recordings where your representative confirmed me that they will accept the application even though my cibil score is "-1". I also have the recordings of other false commitments given by your representatives. As this is a common forum, i am not attaching the voice clips. I have already sent those clips to Mr. Ashok Ramakrishnan team via email dated 4th June, 2016. So better stop saying "as per company internal policy" at least now.

So my question to you is as follows...

1. As per your company policy, if you wont process the application of your customers if their cibil score is -1, why id you market me to apply for credit card even after intimating you that my cibil score is "-1".
2. why are to passing different messages to your customers at different levels. why there is no systematic way of communication so that all the employees stand on same word. I also have a proof for this. I can share if you required.

So request you to clear the concerns at the earliest. And i don't want your enquiry to reflect on my cibil report.

Ok, do you want me to provide a call recording where your executive confirmed me orally that it is due to cibil score??? your one line message is showing your recklessness and your interest in taking the issue forward. if you are not interested is resolving the issue or admitting your mistakes, please leave it and assign it to some otherwho feels responsible.

If it is confidential, then why the hell you people are saying it is because of cibil score. Who is playing with whom. Now i reiterate you to not to play with customers patience.
Below is the mail which i received from Aixs bank. So the person who is addressing my concern in this form on behalf of Axis bank should feel ashamed of themselves for using terminologies like "It is confidential", "As per company Policy" etc..

Now i need a solution for issue. Also i advise you to not to take your customers for a ride.
