Axis Bank — Housing Loan

Hi, I have an housing loan with Axis bank started from 2012. I got the loan for amount 1750000, and i have been paying the emi for the whole amount right from the begining. When the final disturbarment request they said the emi will increase by 3000 from what i am paying already. Hence i have made the final disbursment on my own, and then i got a call from bank saying they made a mistake and acknowledge i have being paying emi for the whole amount. And they will adjust this 102436 i have paid on my own and reduce the emi. But now i got an email the emi will increase by 1500 rupees. I have spoke with a bank assigned executive Siva Sakthi and she is not able to resolve the query and not responding well. I am totally fed up with the customer support and the response they are providing even after reaching out to nodal officer & PRO contacts but no response.
