[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Refund of amount deducted from my debit card

Yesterday Dt 8/10/16 I made a payment from my debit card to jain international organization through PAYUMONEY.The amount Rs252.18 deducted 2times from my debit card .In this one transaction got failed and the second one got successed but the amount has been deducted two times. So.please refund the failed transaction amount in my account as early .Thank you and looking towards your right action.

Sir mere ATM se transaction declined ho gya tha or pese Kat Gye Jo ATM se nhi nikle ATM. ID. Dpcn114540 h or record no. 9173 h

I forget my user id and password of net banking on laptop.I could'nt use netbankin because of forget user id and password.
