[Resolved] Axis Bank — Loan application has been misplaced or lost by the representative. | |||
Have applied for a loan at around 15 or 16 of the month of October. i have been called by the verification department and have taken the docs. After a day a call came and asked for some additional info and some more docs which I sent it again. At the last moment another person called and confirmed some details and wanted some more details from me which I was thinking that it was not relevant and I even asked if there is any problem with the process but he said I will DEFINITELY get a process message and a call on Monday, the 24th . Today, which is the 25 of October, I called the rep and he said that there is no data or any docs for me which I have submitted which is not a very good customer service that you have. How can you waste someones time like you don't even care. Think this happens to you and realize what you will feel. As I am a customer to you, you are also a customer to someone else.
