[Resolved] Axis Bank Ltd — Worst customer care and technical team | |||||
I made a money transfer of rs. 10750 using axis bank mobile application. Since timeout its unsuccessful but the bank debited 10750 from my account, since it is emergency i made a call to their customer service and they said within 48hrs it will be credited back into my account. It has been more than 48hrs but i have not received my money back into my account. Again i called the customer care asking for solution they asked me to wait for another 7 working days and disconnected my call without giving me solution. I need that money on emergency basis but they holding my money for so long and not responding properly. I made mobile recharge twice, amount debited but recharge was not done. Aug 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I called my branch manager, he asked me to mail to [email protected] and he also raised a complaint from his end. The amount is credited within 3HRS. I still feel pity that i should take so much effort to get back my money for their fault. I am really disappointed with the way they respond to their customers. I dont even use any abusive words to customer care but once i raised my voice in anger they just disconnect the call. Better if they take any action on customer care. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
