[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Mortgage loan after paying EMI in time, cheq bounce and deducting extra charges

I Mr.Ravi kumar taken Mortgage loan in Dec2013 and directly paying to loan number every month EMI as per the axis bank employees instructions.now bank is asking for all the months cheque bounce charges around rs5500/- even though after paying regularly EMI every month.Complained to Rajahmundry Axis bank and complained to Main branch Vijayawada who sanctioned loan amount, but no response and no reply.As customer facing problem, but no one responding.Big mistake by taking loan in axis bank.Paying EMI from Dec2013 but July2014 only got message about cheqe bounce.I got receipt that EMI paid before due date, still bank asking for extra charges.for cheq bounce, why I have to pay.My loan number is LPR[protected] AND MY EMAIL ID IS [protected]@yahoo.com.Please do the needful for me and no bank employee informed regarding cheque bounce charges only cell message that is only this month.
