On dated 02/05/2013, a Request of delivery instructions DP ID - IN 3000484 were made vide Serial No. ZZR [protected] by me, Client ID[protected] to Transfer the shares of ITC LTD., JAYPEE Infra, SJVNL Ltd. as mentioned in delivery instructions in the AXIS BANK Ltd. Branch, Kasumpti, Shimla- 171009. But the bank has not transfer the shares in our account in The KARVI as mentioned in subject above till date. Earlier, also I made a complaint on line as well as vervally in the Bank branch, but till date bank has failed to pay heed on my request.This has resulted in huge loss to me of more than Rs. 1, 50, 000=00, as I could not sell my shares when the rates were at peak, of these companies. I request you, to please act on my request immediately so that I can sell my shares in market at appropriate time. It is also requested to compensate my losses due to failure on the part of BANK by Non transferring these shares to KARVI as per request made therein as elaborated above and there by resulting in huge loss to me by non selling in market at peak time due to this lapse on the part of AXIS BANK. Complaint not resolved by Axis Bank till today 07/05/2015, though one month has been elapsed
Complaint not resolved by Axis Bank till today, even though applied again second time by giving delivery instructions in the bank Kasumpti Shimla branch in the month of June, 2015.

There fore Axis bank is requested again to please transfer the shares to Karvy as stated above in the request/ complaint dated April 7, 2015, through your forum . Loss due non transfer for selling shall be the entire responsibility of the Bank.
