Axis Bank — Not getting proper response)

Dear sir my brother, has taken home loan (Nri) from warangal branch and he closed the loan amount. The home loan no is phr[protected], and the regarding excess fund which i paid is not transferring to my account which i got a message on 16. 05. 2015 i request u plz help me in this regd
