[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Projected average quarterly balance is now by monthly balance without notice and charge whereas in net banking still it show as quarterly balance

Respected sir,
I beg to state that i am an account holder of your concern account number [protected] of dankuni branch want to close my account of the name’s 1. Ratna bhandari, 2. Soumya bhandari.
The reason of close of this account is 1. Without any intimation your axis bank authority revised a system of minimum balance account from rs. 2500 to rs. 5000 nearly before 3-4 years ago and now it revised from rs. 5000quarterly to monthly balance.
In case of failure of minimum balance penalty charges was rs 750 quarterly and now it is rs. 250 per month when i informed it by written to the axis bank authority they mailed me that they informed me the revised system through sms, not through my email address.
But i did not get the message.
You said “now, from april, 2014 the bank has withdrawn the quarterly average balance concept and has implemented average monthly balance charges which has been communicated to all the customers through mails, sms, print media, broadcast media etc.” but please check no such message has exist to my mail box whereas my mail id bhandari. [protected]@gmail.com registered by you and as also as projected average quarterly balance shown still my axis net banking site which attached with this mail

So, i decided the account should be closed immediately for this type of frequently change of system.In other side nationalized bank there there is a system of zero account balance facility which is not intend in your concern. We also know that rbi a rule that bank does not claim any charges if i couldn’t maintain the minimum balance in my account but they can suspend any service for me temporarily.
So please arrange and co-operate with me as i close my account
