Axis Bank — Refusal From Opening Savings Account

I need to raise a complaint against the AXIS Bank located at Palam, New Delhi. Today I went to the branch to open my savings account. The branch manager was so rude, he denied to open my account in his branch. I am using SBI account from past 5-6 years. Wanted to get associated with AXIS Bank, but the branch manger just didn't find me appropriate for his branch. According to him AXIS Bank chooses its customers. Its is not opened to everybody. He additionally stated that no "TOM DICK HARRY" can come up and open account. Such an unprofessional and rude behavior. I am so upset and angry with this kind of behavior. I want to raise complaint against this Branch manager. Just because of these kind of Mangers AXIS Bank is loosing its reputation and customers.
