Axis Bank — regarding atm pin code

i opened a saving account in axis bank, daryaganj branch, delhi. It has been more den 3 weeks i have not recieved my atm password. I called [protected] several 100 times but everytime after spending 15 minutes it doesnot help. wWhat is d use of dis no. i dont understand. Wen i talk to branch officer he says my atm password has been sent to mumbai. How can dis happen wen my address is of delhi. This msg too was coveyed to me 5 days back. He said dey have send it through mail and wen i enquired today on 29 august he says we have not received any mail yet. D functioning of Axis Bank is really very poor and third grade. I wont suggest any one to open account on dis bank. If der is some who feels to hepl me kindly contact [protected]
