[Resolved] Axis Bank — Salary account activation delay and poor customer care service | |||||
Hi, On Nov 3rd 2016 I have opened my salary account with axis bank and still it is not activated. I tried to contact with the salesman from whom I have opened my account but he is giving me false promises everyday. Now a days he is not picking my calls. His name is Abhishek and mobile number is [protected]. My name is Nethaji and account number is [protected] Electronic city branch, Bangalore.Couple of times I got a message from axis bank saying that we have received your application and application number is [protected] on Monday 28 Nov.But still account inactive.Please let me know what is the problem and activate my account immediately. As per the government order that due to demonetisation process govt waived all charges on debit card till 31 December 2016. But today I made payment of 250 through my Sbbj debit at kothari hospital Bikaner Rajasthan. Your pos machine debited 252rs... Kindly follow the government order and refund me my 2rupees.
