Axis Bank — Worst Ever Internet Banking Experience

I am really offended with the quality of services Axis Bank Provides to it's customers. First of all, why does the customer ID need to be memorized by the customer. SBI and most other banks have the option to change the login ID for internet Banking which would be easier to remember them. Now with Axis Bank I have to remember your 9 digit no. additionally. Seems like Axis bank expects their customers to be the most free - doing nothing all day long people who would pass their times by remembering random digits. Bull shiittt !! second, the netsecure services come already activated in other bank's packages along internet banking. For Axis Bank, you have to activate them on first place and even then when i tried to enter my registered mobile no. numerous times, it shows me the error "your form contains error, registration failed". Now if i cant book a Railway ticket through my Account, whats the use of internet banking ? Seriously, [censored] you Axis Bank. Over that, the toll free no.s mentioned on the kit are of no use, I cant connect to any customer care rep after in-numerous attempts(I am a literate for God's sake and thus you cant expect me not to follow the SOP for connecting) . If my organisation dint have a tie up with Axis bank, I would have never opted for your moroanic services by opening my salary account into it. Now I don't have an option, Else I would closed my account right down or shifted it to some other customer friendly bank as soon as possible. Expect an early call on this. Else I 'll transfer all my money at beginning of month to my other account and then leave the Axis bank Account to [censored] with itself.

I have an account with Axis bank from more than 10 years..and I can say that their NetBanking services are getting worst day by day! Yes, I have memorized my customer ID if I have to stay with this bank. No choice! My employer has an account with them. You know their latest deed? out of nowhere they unlinked one of my Credit Card from my netbanking and I have to open a ticket to add it back. Well while linking it back they unlinked the other existing card ! I have no words to say. Hope they resolve it asap or it's time to move on.
Axis bank have the worst internet banking services.
I tried to book the railway tatkal ticket (irctc) using axis bank internet banking around 3 times. All the 3 times, I lost the money and ticket was not booked. Its okay that they will refund the amount later. But what is the use if we cannot make use of the banking services properly at needed time??

Also some times, we will not get the netsecure code (otp) to our phone. May be we have to wait about 10 min.

I have state bank account also (SBT). I was able to complete all the irctc booking successfully by using SBT internet baking. Their service is good and fast (note: Yearly they charge some amount as internet and atm charge)

Being an IT guy I find your Internet Banking very irritating. So many steps before you get this activated. If you hold an NRE account forget it...!

In the name of Security you've made all your Apps/ Internet Banking not accessible at all. Guess who designs all these work flows for Token Activation you should SERIOUSLY consider FIRING the team who has designed and complicated this. Bunch of Jokers.!

Axis Bank = no Access to your account/funds.

worst internet banking ever. It shows error login page after I log in. I cleared all the cookies and browsing history and yet it continues showing the same error message when we log in. I am an NRI and I wasted my money calling their customer care and they could not help me in any way. Next they told me to attach the image and send it through their support system. Well guess what, It is as useless as their toll free number. It refuses to take up the complaint. Utter rubbish. I have my savings stuck in their account and I am abroad. I am extremely unhappy with their service and wish to close the account
