I am totally disappointed with the service quality of Axis Remit. I have made the transaction AXB14HLAI567 on 12th aug 14. The transaction is kept on hold stating my credit account name firstname.lastname is not in full length. This is ridiculuos and I am helpless with the poor Axis customer service.
Its been already three working days. They are asking me to wait for another 2-3 working days.
I am helpless . Could someone help me here
Dont ever use axis remit.
