Sir,
My old credit card has been expired on may 2016 and one month earlier i had got the sms that, new credit card already dispatched. But till date i've not receive the new credit card and whenever i'm making any payment against old credit card; it is showing payment is made on other credit card number. I'm in dilemma that actually what is going on neither i'm getting the actual bill whatever i'm spending; it is always much more. Please clarify the fact as i'm unable to contact with your toll free numbers and nodal officer's number.
