B2X — Poor customer care service and still not returning my moto e mobile

My moto e mobile (imei no.[protected]) is still in warranty and my mobile was facing problem of phone hanging and power issues so i gave my phone to motorola service centre( address-Z.A.MOBILES, GF-4 Leela Mension, Hazratganj, Lucknow-226001) on 27 july and still they have not returned my phone on 2 september and they are saying that they do not have the required part for my mobile phone which is to be changed and they are not the telling the date when i will get my phone and my phone warranty is also finishing in 20 days
