Babyoye.com — Paytm account debited but order not placed on babyoye

I have placed an order for two products of rs 770 on 2nd may 2016.The website got crashed at payments landing page. My amount has been debited and the order has not been captured by babyoye's site.

I have paid through paytm wallet paytm transaction id is [protected].
I called customer care and waited for 40 minutes and didnt got any response.
Very pathetic service by babyoye phone and email customer care.
