[Resolved] Bag It Today — Not Getting Replacement of Product | |||
Dear Team I placed order online and order no is 34308407 on 27 march 2015 which i got on 30 march 2015 . I found that the product id diffective and same i send for the replacement on 2 april 2015 through innovex courier and a guy called me from [protected] this no and said that we have recived the courier and right now we do not have the product for replacement it is not available in stock .and said kindly wait for 2 to 3 days i wait for 4 days and then called CCE team they said that the product is available so why BAGITTODAY is no sending the product and BAGITTODAY is forcing to refund .
