Bagbang.in — Fake commitment, bad/fake quality product and no invoice given

I received a telephonic call from the representative of Bagbang.in namely Aditya Pandey (though sometime he call himself Kunal also). He told me that my mobile no. has been selected for promotional offer i.e. if I purchase a product (alluma combo worth Rs.7499/-) I will get a gift which include a hp laptop also absolutely free and if I made one time payment I will also get 100% cash back. I purchased the product and made the payment from my debit card through PayUmoney payment gateway on 15.07.2015 at 2:02PM. Though my antivirus resist me from making payment but at that time I believe in them and the representative (Mr. Vinay Agarwal or Mr. Vikash Malhotra ) told me to go to PayUmoney site and release the payment and I did the same. The payment details are :- Merchant name - 3A and P Enterprises, Payment ID[protected], Merchant Order ID[protected]. But for free of cost hp laptop they told me to make a false billing by choosing credit card option for payment through PayUmoney gateway and giving details of debit card no. I refused to do so. At that time they told me that in that condition I will not get free laptop but I will get 100% cash back. I told them ok. When I received the product I found its quality very bad and duplicate. I called them and complained about the quality of the product and demanded for invoice and 100% cash back. But their representative told me since I have not completed the false billing procedure I will not get 100% cash back nor I will get the invoice. Thereafter, I called them and told them I want to return the product as I am not satisfied by its quality as per their return policy and demanded the invoice for this purpose. I had also written for this on their website. The person involved in this transaction were Mr. Aditya Pandey ( may be Kunal and mobile no. provided by him was [protected]), Mr.Vinay agarwal and Mr. Vikash Malhotra. I want my 100% money back.

I am trying hard to get the response from the online shopping site Bagbang.in, but they are not giving me the response and not send his representative to take the product back. So, I have decided to return the whole product at the address of Bagbang.in given on the website. Whole product looks cheap and duplicate. None of the products have price tag so that I could verify from the related cpmpany about its genuineness. The sole of the shoes is torn, the handles of the glasses have small pits, the size of T-shirts are not XXL and the bagpack and purse is not looking strong and durable.
Neither I have got any mail from your side (i.e. https://www.consumercomplaints.in) about the status of my complaint with the Bagbang.in. Kindly tell me what they said about my complaint to you.
