[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Ac extended warranty - no resolution by bajaj allianz | |||||
I have bought 2 yr extended warranty of an o general ac from bajaj allianz policy number og[protected]-00024285. the ac stopped cooling working on 22nd july 2016 and i registered a complaint with bajaj allianz on the same day. i was told that the survey will be done within 48 hrs. however, it has been 5 days and there is no resolution / contact till date. the call center people do pick up the calls and give various contact numbers. however, none of the contact numbers provided are reachable. it has been a nightmare and i am following the complaint protocol to get this issue resolved. terrible service by bajaj allianz. i will go to the insurance ombudsman, consumer forum including social media campaign against this company if the issue is not resolved in the next 48 hrs.
