I want you guys to take a stringent action on that guy. As his language was very disturbing.

They are not approving my full claim, i met with accident and my front bumper and bonnet are damaged and windscreen also but they are saying it is not damaged due to this.

And in any case if windscreen will be changed first even without surveyor, this is first company i have seen...
