Extra Premium deducted without notice Policy No : 0500299835

My Premium 5000/- date is 28th of every month, August 28th 5000/- premium got deducted & again on 9th of Sep, 2022 one more premium got deducted.
This is very serious matter as they are deducting extra amount without any consent & misusing the Auto debit facility.

Renewed Motor 2 wheeler Policy not received after making the payment

I tried to renew my existing policy OG[protected]-00016034 on 03 Sep 22and made a payment of 2359/- for 2years, after that policy was not sent to email, when tried reaching the customer care they just created the SR no : 8142280 and told that it will be resolved in 24-48 hrs, but it is more than that now still Customer care is saying it will be issued in 24 hrs.

No proper support from CS team...

Deactivation of code

I m working in health insurance company now got mail from hr ur irdai code from bajaj Allianz is active so they give some time to deactivate your code. Either termination letter will be issued from current company.

Insurance payment not received

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am Jitu Kumar Jha and I purchased Health Insurance from Bajaj Allianz and currently I admit in Sumitra Hospital and raise a claim but did not receive any payment from Bajaj Allianz. Unauthorised debit from my bank account by Bajaj Allianz

On 1st August 2022, there was a transaction from my Axis bank account in the name of Bajaj Allianz. After enquiring with the bank, I found that this transaction was made with an auto debit instruction by Bajaj Allianz.

However, I have never set up any auto debit with Bajaj for anything, neither have I authorised any transaction to Bajaj.

Their app keeps opening an old claim (which was settled) and then shows that since its already paid, no new claim can be made. Basically no one is helping me raise a new claim, and each customer care executive seems to be giving me different reasons....
