[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Cheats, don't trust them.

I have renewed my policy online few days back and the time of confirmation there web page showed that as a loyal customer I will be getting Drive Assure Protect also along with my original policy. But the document/attachment I got doesn't contain any such thing. I have complained many times to them about the issue but they didn't responding to my queries. The cover letter was signed by Aseem Goel who is VP of customer care but they even didn't cared about that also. Please don't trust BajajAllianz, they are cheats. Customer care department has different policy document then those with Sales department, sales team shown 10Lacs sum insured (as a loyal customer) but customer care team shown sum insured as IDV value.
