[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Company not issuing receipt of payment | |||||
I have an insurance policy purchased from Bajaj Allianz. Since this is the time when we declare the IT savings to our department, I requested Bajaj Allianz to send me the IT certificate of 2015 16 from April to till date. I received one attachment, which do not reflect the premium payment from July to October 2015, although, I have paid all premiums till date. That is why, the policy still alive otherwise, which would have lapsed. Now raising this issue, they simply respond saying, I have not paid the premium, instead of resolving it. I am able to download a consolidated IT certificate, from my online profile. The certificate do not show receipt numbers, without which the certificate is of no use. My department do not accept it. I have told about this to customer care and grievance officer, but they say that they do not provide receipt number. Kindly resolve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
