[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Extended warranty | |||||
I had purchased my LED in December 2014 from Kohinoor Electronics, Andheri West Mumbai and I had opted for a 2 year extended warranty through Bajaj Allianz and I had paid the installment of Rs 6552 (viaBajaj Finserv). The policy was supposed to be valid till 28th December 2016 However because of the mistake from their policy issued was for 1 year which expired in December 2015, however as per the document I had received at the time of signing up clearly mentions its a 24 month policy, document attached. Since there is an error form YOUR end that the policy was activated selected for just one year when I have clearly opted for 2 years and also paid for the same. When i wrote to them about the same they are telling me that the since the policy has already expired they cannot do anything about the same. Anand Makhija Was this information helpful? | |||||
