[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Extended warranty claim not settled even after one month | |||
I have purchase samsung 32 inch led tv on bajaj finance emi with proposal of extended warranty. Now one month ago my tv is not working. From last one month i have given my tv in repairs to bajaj service centre. Now service provide and both bajaj representative is saying that part is not available and we have to wait for some time. Today it was last day given to me that if your complaint is not resolved till 9th we will go for commercial settlement. Now today when i call bajaj representative (Mr. Kishore his contact no. Is [protected]) he told me give me 10 minutes i will call back to you. After 10 minutes no call received from him. Again i call after 45 minutes he told me that he is not able to contact the service centre people. Once he will contact he will call me. Now almost 2 hours has passed i have not received any call from any one. I want to ask to bajaj allianz customer service higher authority that is this type of service they are giving to their customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
