[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Extended Warranty for My Samsung Split AC | |||||
I bought a 2 year extended warranty through Bajaj Allianz for my Samsung Split AC on[protected]. I have attached the copy of the AC bill as well as the bill from Bajaj Allianz for extended warranty for your easy reference. Couple of days back, i started facing cooling problems in my AC and when i contacted Bajaj Allianz to register a service request, they said that i dont hold any policy with them. Yesterday, I contacted the dealer i purchased the AC from and also spoke to a Bajaj Allianz representative from their shop and they said there were some internal glitch due to which the policy has not been uploaded in the system. They kept telling me that they will call me with a solution but i never received any call. I finally went to the dealer's shop and spoke with the agent in person and he said that he has raised the issue and will resolve it by today 11 am. I called them again in the morning but he said that it will take some time to resolve this. I asked him that can i get the servicing done from Samsung directly and claim the amount from Bajaj Allianz, if yes, please let me know the process.He said he will check with his supervisor and call back. I did not receive any call back from him so i called him back but he disconnected my Phone. The name of the Bajaj Allianz agent is Rajesh and his Mobile number is [protected]. It was frustrating to know that 1.2 years since i purchased the extended warranty, my details were still not updated in their systems and had i not faced problems in my AC, this would still have been unresolved. Further i am facing issues with my AC and am not able to get it repaired through Bajaj Allianz due to their inefficiency. The whole purpose of getting an extended warranty was that i dont have to run around when the manufacturer's warranty gets over. Request your attention on this matter and take strict actions as their is a clear case of breach of customer trust and mishandling of policies by Bajaj Allianz. Was this information helpful? | |||||
