Bajaj Allianz — Incorrect Car Insurance Policy Documents

The period of insurance mentioned in the policy 'OG[protected]-00007866' is incorrect. The Policy was issued by your representative from Saini Hyundai - Uluberia, Kolkata. Policy issued on 15th June 2015, Period of Insurance - 19th June'14 to 18th June'15. Despite repeated reminders to Mr Amir Singh ([protected]) & Ms Madhumita Dhar thru phone & email, I have rec'd the wrong policy via courier 2 times at my residence address.
