Bajaj Allianz — Insurance claim issue and rude behavior of surveyor

My car maruti ciaz vdi+ (Rj19 cf 4101) is insured by your company with policy ref no. Og[protected]-[protected]Zero depreciation policy), this is regarding claim no:oc[protected]First claim with the company) .

My vehicle had met with a minor accident on 2nd april 2016 at jodhpur rajasthan, wherein it got hit by a suv in back and got scratched against two wheeler from front.

Surveyor inspected the vehicle at krishna moters in jodhpur, rajasthan on 4 april 16 and spoke to me. He inquired about the accident and when i explained to him, how it happened, he appeared to be completely restless and rudely refused the claim of front scratches and only accepted claim for back side bumper.
Also he (From garage by his instruction) made me to sign the blank customer satisfaction form as well as claim settlement form as he said otherwise the workshop won’t start the work on car.

I requested surveyor many time to include that front side paint job but he was replying rudely and was in no mood to listen.

I explained him how the front scratches got there because of hit from backside but he was adamant in his stand and refused to accept the claim for front side scratched, then i asked him for mobile number of his manager and he gave me mobile number mr. Vipin tyagi, i called mr. Tyagi and explained him situation, he said we don’t cover small scratches in insurance then i told him that those are not minor scratches and it is much visible and lots of paint is removed but he was adamant on it, then i asked him that what is defined size for small scratches which you do not cover, to which he replied that there is no such defined size but as we say its small then it means it is small, so such scratches are not covered, he said you can go to court if you want, we will not cover that in claim. I tried to explain him properly but he was in no mood to listen.
I have never faced such rudeness from any other company in my whole life, i don’t know whether these guys are trained to do so or they have pressure to do so, but he was making me feel like hell.

Worst experience with bajaj allianz, you guys really need to learn how to behave with customers.

I don't want to get things done for free, if it is not included in insurance but if the accidental scratches are included then please get the work done.

I have got the paint job done by myself, but now after repairing of car they have not added rear parking sensor which came with car model on purchase.

While giving car i have mentioned this that, this car is with parking sensor so take care of that but now after getting it repaired they have given me without parking sensor saying that there was no parking sensor in bumper.

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible, as it is very difficult for me to drive car without parking sensors.

I hope i will get positive response from your team and get my car's parking sensors claimed.
