[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company — Joint cheating by Bajaj Allianz+Pooja Kumariroy+Teamlife Insurance+Dhakshinamoorthy

The case : Jointly planned cheating - Summary I am a rural house wife. I was approached by the agents of Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company to get Invest Plus Premier policy. 1. The agent's name is Mr.Dhakshina moorty from Tirunelveli.(His contact is through his partner Mr.Nelliappan, Bala Printers, Kokkirakulam, Tirunelveli. MOBILE : [protected]) 2. He was from "Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited", Srivasam, No 15, 1st Cross, Pampa Layout, Hebbal, Kempapura, Bangalore 560024 (Agents to canvass insurance for Bajaj Allianz). 3. He offered a policy called "Invest Plus Premier". The premium to this policy is to be aid only for 3 years and then stop. The policy offers great fortune after 3 years, around a 1 Lakh, and it grows every year there after. (Attachment - BAJAJSCHEME.docx) 4. Believing this, I paid Rs 25, 000/= for 3 yeras (Total Rs 75, 000). My life saving. 5. My policy number is [protected] 6. The policy is made in unreadable small letters, by Pooja Kumariroy. But she made it different from the scheme offered to cheat me and benefit Bajaj Allianz. 7. It was told by Mr.Dhakshina moorty, that this policy [protected] is the "Invest Plus Premier" policy to pay premium for 3 years only. 8. I surrendered the policy in February 2014 and I got only Rs 47, 616. The balance Rs (75, 000 – 47616) = Rs 27, 384 is stolen by the Bajaj Allianz.s Public Cheating group. 8. So, this is jointly planned cheating of a rural house by Bajaj Allianz + Poojakumariroy+Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited + Mr.Dhakshina moorty from Tirunelveli Please help me and arrange to refund my balance money of Rs 27, 384 immediately. 1) I am a lady and you as well as all others in Bajaj Allianz address me as "Dear Sir" instead of "Dear Madam".
2) I never had a Policy with number [protected].
3) Bajaj allianz is confused with customers and policy numbers.
4) Your reply is unwarrented, foolish and creates a loss of confidance in the minds of customers.

Bajaj Allianz - Not aware of live and closed policies and offers Zero incentive

Dear Sir/Madam

Policy No : [protected]

I have already surrenderd my above policy, and you paid Rs 47, 616 on 10th February 2014. The policy is no more alive. But I received an Inland letter card from you on, yesterday the 17th March 2014 with a "Special Revival campaign" to pay the premium and save Rs 0 (Zero).

I am already fighting to get Rs 27, 384 back as I have already paid Rs 75, 000 for 3 years and you issued a cheating policy not as per the scheme offered.

Bajaj Allianz is foolish and has foolish people to send foolish campaigns.

1) How can you ask to pay a premium for closed policy ?
2) How dare you can offer an incentive of Rs Zero ?

Please send my due of Rs 27, 384 immediately and stop sending foolish campaigns for my policy
