[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Laptop extended warranty | |||||
I have recently purchased a HP laptop using Bajaj finance and also took 2 years extended warranty from Bajaj Allianz in Rs 6344 Policy No OG[protected]-00133561 I got policy document by mail but in policy document product serial number is wrong and product invoice number is also wrong I have sent multiple mails to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in but no one want to listen and even I asked them by mail to cancel my laptop extended warranty but no response. I want all the details should be corrected in warranty document or they can cancel my laptop extended warranty. I have sent multiple mails with all the documents but no response. I am surprised if they are not listening now then waht policy cover they will provide if i face any issue with my laptop. Kindly help me on this Was this information helpful? | |||||
