[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited — Fraud on a scheme under bajaj allianz sarva shakti suraksha | |||||
Hi Citi bank and bajaj allianz are openly cheating/fooling the innocent customers under the name of sarve shakti suvidha. (Policy # [protected]) When i opened the suvidha salary bank account in citi bank in jul - 2010, i was offered for the investment plan as a policy (Policy # [protected]) (Which will have returns like recurring deposit) from the citi bank representatives, which will give me the guaranteed returns of at least 8 percent. Many of my colleagues opted to invest in the plan. The citi representatives told us that we can surrender the plan at any time with the premium paid + 8% interest. But at the time when we opted for the policy we were informed that it is 5 years policy and 3 years lock - in period. On maturity there will be about 8% return on your actual invested amount. So far i have completed 5 years and paid the 60 premium installments with rs. 3000 each with total invested amount as rs. 1, 80, 000/ - . Now my policy matured and i went to the bajaj allianz customer executive at yerwada office pune and submitted my original certificate to claim my maturity amount. I got the response that it will take 2 to 3 months and you will get only rs. 1, 35, 822/ - as a maturity amount against the 1, 80, 000/ - i paid so far. Every time when i call the citi bank and bajaj allianz customer care, i got different answers from every other representative, when i went to bajaj allianz office located at yerwada - pune, i found the person (Mr. Nilesh po) who was handling this account is transferred to the other department and no one having any information of these policy. Other office said that it is citi bank liability and citi bank said that it is bajaj allianz policy, so contact at bajaj allianz. This is misleading.
