Dear sir, I purchase a mobile phone on 22 dec - 2015, sony z5 premium. it was insured by bajaj allianz general insurance (all risk policy). it was fall dawn in water on 6-oct-2016. i am submit all docs which they required proper, neat & clean. but after 25 days they are not call me & not any reply me. Than i call customer care, they send it was not neat & clean. which docs i send to insured company, same file i am attached. please check it.
