[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Mobile phone | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased sony experia c5 ultra on 07.11.2015 worth Rs 27000 ( twenty seven thoushand ) and on 24.12.2015 i got a minor accident by an auto rikshaw and i felt down in which my phone got damage ( screen cracked ), i raised a complaint( claim number - [protected] ) and other formalities on 25.12.2015 and also a copy with proper documents ( invoice copy, insurance paper, all risk policy claim form) courierd over first flight couriers ltd on 28.12.2015 and dispatched my phone on 06.01.2016 now my problem is that i am idle without a phone, i did not got any stand by hand set .Can u imagine the problem i am facing without a phone.Today i got a call from bajaj allianz[protected] that they did not got any such documents which i had courierd. Today i got call from bajaj allianz Mr.Arun Srivastav number is ( [protected] ) he told that claim amount will be credit to me, he asked the details of my bank account which i had provided to him, now he is telling me that i have to maintain minimum balance rs 10000, as far regarding minimum balance it is not possible to me maintain it because i am a salaried person.
So please look into the matter and resolve it.
