[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — neglected from adviced service | |||
Sir, I Jasraj Singh Bhullar my policy no is OG[protected]-00037078 and my claim number is Oc[protected]-[protected]-2401 dated[protected] i am your customer from last four years and your services were excellent. But recently i am facing lot of problems with your services. My car Fiat Lenia was met with very massive collision and unfortunately key of my car was lost on the spot, second day my car was sent to Fiat Authorised service station and your claim officer is very slow to take decisions he is saying that my policy doesn't cover keys. Sir,
It is already have been more than a month but still your team is in dark. I hope you can understand that how difficult is to manage without vehicle in your working life, but still we are doing it from[protected]. So please resolve our problem as soon as you can because the way we received service from your team this time in realty it is not appreciated. We have buy on of the best Drive Assure Policy but still such a unexpected delay service.

team in Kolkata, but we are not satisfied with there provided service
that's a reason we raised our voice against your team. The thing which we
are trying to say that our policy named Drive Assure contain Add On Cover
and as per your commitments

you should replace locks of our car. We lost the key of our car on the spot
of accident and we also issued general dairy against the lost key to the
nearest police station and copy of general dairy also submitted to you
claim officer. We hope that our problem will be resolved in proper way
because at the moment we have 5 policies from Bajaj and this policy is four
year older and we were never upset from your service that's a reason we
trust you and we hope that you will again fulfill our expectations, so that
we will happily continue our relation in future.
