I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that we had purchased Bajaj Alliance Tatkal Policy (Policy number[protected] from Jankalyan bank in October 2009. We have paid premium of Rs.10, 000 each year aggregating to Rs. 50, 000. However, at maturity in the current year, we received only Rs. 37801. Request you to look into this matter on urgent basis and help us in getting the balance amount due from Bajaj Alliance. My enrollment number of the policy is 1884.
