Policy no. [protected] Dob 31/03/1961. Policy is named by malook singh My name is manjeet kaur 54 year old, i am nominee.My husband got expired 8 months before and he has a insurance in bajaj aliianze, and i have submit his death ceritificate & other documents, after 21 days of his death.Now it's been 6 months i have been calling them for verification but there is no response from their team.They dont talk properly and customer care are amatures, they don't know anything.Branch team always says there is no response of verification team.I dont know what to do?I am in trouble.
