Bajaj Allianz — Not getting refund (fcl) and its transfer to bajaj finance and my bajaj finance emi of life insurance is also not stop after cancel of policy

I was cancled my policy under(FCL) my policy number is [protected] and till date i am not getting my refund.. My EMI of bajaj finace is also not stop of insurence so pls help me this concern.. If your company is really good customer service then solve this issue..
