Bajaj Allianz — Premium Amount Miscalculation

Hi, I started the policy in October 2013 and surrendered the policy in June 2014. But as per your customer care my premium amount was received till November 2013, however the Citibank customer care and my account statement confirms that the premium amount was transferred to your account till April 2014.
